What Casa Academy includes
Casa Academy's $199 pre-license checkout includes the DBPR-approved 63-hour course, access until you finish, video and slides, dashboard chapter quizzes, 650+ practice questions, a timed full exam weighted to Florida chapter weights, a ChatGPT tutor in every lesson, SM-2 flashcards, optional Spotify audio, and English or Spanish as two full courses. It does not include DBPR RE 1 ($62.75), fingerprints, Pearson VUE ($36.75), post-license, continuing education, broker coursework, MLS access, or Realtor dues, so the state path still works if you never buy Casa.

What Casa Academy includes (checked 2026-10-14)
Public tuition on the English and Spanish enroll pages is $199 for the current cohort (sources: https://casaacademy.com/enroll/florida-63-hour-pre-licensing-course and https://casaacademy.com/enroll/spanish, opened 2026-10-14). After that cohort fills, the published next price is $249. One payment. Klarna is offered at checkout. At about $3.16 an hour against 63 hours when the live price is still $199. The $199 checkout includes the state-required 63-hour DBPR-approved pre-license course (self-paced), access until you finish with no fixed 6-month or 12-month clock, video lessons and slides with Florida-law content aligned to the FREPSA outline, a dashboard with progress tracking and chapter quizzes on phone, tablet, and laptop, more than 650 practice questions plus topic drills and a timed full exam weighted to Florida chapter weights with unlimited attempts, a ChatGPT tutor (voice and text) inside every lesson, optional Spotify audio of the same lessons, chapter flashcards with spaced repetition (SM-2), and English or Spanish as two separate 63-hour courses (English 0032664 and Spanish 0032665 under school license ZH1003169, provider 0010716). Seven-day refund via support@onlinerealestateschool.com.
What Casa tuition does not include
DBPR RE 1 ($62.75, source: https://www2.myfloridalicense.com/re/documents/DBPR_RE_1_Sales_Associate_Application.pdf, opened 2026-10-14), Livescan fingerprints (provider prices vary), Pearson VUE exam fee ($36.75, source: https://www2.myfloridalicense.com/servop/testing/documents/CBT_exam_admin_Fee_2016.pdf, updated 2022-09-08, opened 2026-10-14), the 45-hour sales associate post-license course, 14-hour continuing education, broker coursework, MLS access, and Realtor association dues are separate. Casa does not sell those state or association fees inside the $199 checkout. You can complete the 63-hour requirement with any DBPR-approved school; this page stays useful if you never buy Casa.
English and Spanish are two full courses
English course 0032664 and Spanish course 0032665 are two full 63-hour paths at the same $199 price. Lessons, the school final, practice exams, and flashcards stay in the language you enroll in. Changing the website language does not translate a course you already bought. The tutor can talk in many languages. The course itself is English or Spanish, not every language.
School final vs the Florida state exam
Florida schools commonly use a 70% pass bar on the school final. The Florida state exam is given by Pearson VUE: 100 scored questions, about 3.5 hours, 75 correct to pass. Passing the school final earns your pre-license certificate; it is not a Florida license. Do not mix the school final with the state exam.
Klarna and the 7-day refund
Checkout offers Klarna pay-over-time on the live enroll pages opened 2026-10-14. Refund: email support@onlinerealestateschool.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Re-check the live enroll page before you pay if the cohort price moved from $199 to $249.
