Try the Florida course before you pay

You can preview Casa Academy Chapter 1 at https://casaacademy.com/try-chapter-one/en/1 or the Spanish path at https://casaacademy.com/try-chapter-one/es/1, and you can try a 10-question Florida practice set at https://casaacademy.com/free-exam-prep, with no account and no payment for that look. Casa Academy's $199 checkout includes the 63-hour course, practice, ChatGPT tutor, and flashcards, and it does not include DBPR RE 1 ($62.75), fingerprints, Pearson VUE ($36.75), post-license, continuing education, broker coursework, MLS access, or Realtor dues, so the state path still works if you never buy Casa.

Chapter 1 preview (no account, no payment)

Open the English Chapter 1 preview at https://casaacademy.com/try-chapter-one/en/1 (opened 2026-10-14, HTTP 200). The Spanish preview is at https://casaacademy.com/try-chapter-one/es/1 (opened 2026-10-14, HTTP 200). You do not need an account, a credit card, or a payment to look. The preview is a sample of the course lesson style. It is not the full 63-hour DBPR-approved pre-license course and it does not issue a school certificate.

Free Florida practice set (not the state exam)

Open https://casaacademy.com/free-exam-prep (opened 2026-10-14, HTTP 200). The anonymous Florida free practice set starts with 10 questions and needs no account and no payment to see the question style. That free set is Casa practice. It is not the Pearson VUE Florida state exam, and it is not the 63-hour pre-license course. School finals commonly use a 70% pass bar. The state exam is 100 scored questions, about 3.5 hours, 75 correct to pass.

What Casa Academy includes (checked 2026-10-14)

Public tuition on the English and Spanish enroll pages is $199 for the current cohort (sources: https://casaacademy.com/enroll/florida-63-hour-pre-licensing-course and https://casaacademy.com/enroll/spanish, opened 2026-10-14). After that cohort fills, the published next price is $249. One payment. Klarna is offered at checkout. The $199 checkout includes the state-required 63-hour DBPR-approved pre-license course (self-paced), access until you finish with no fixed 6-month or 12-month clock, video lessons and slides, a dashboard with chapter quizzes, more than 650 practice questions plus a timed full exam weighted to Florida chapter weights, a ChatGPT tutor (voice and text) inside every lesson, optional Spotify audio, SM-2 flashcards, and English or Spanish as two separate 63-hour courses (English 0032664 and Spanish 0032665 under school license ZH1003169, provider 0010716). The tutor can talk in many languages. The course itself is English or Spanish, not every language. Seven-day refund via support@onlinerealestateschool.com.

What Casa tuition does not include

DBPR RE 1 ($62.75, source: https://www2.myfloridalicense.com/re/documents/DBPR_RE_1_Sales_Associate_Application.pdf, opened 2026-10-14), Livescan fingerprints (provider prices vary), Pearson VUE exam fee ($36.75, source: https://www2.myfloridalicense.com/servop/testing/documents/CBT_exam_admin_Fee_2016.pdf, updated 2022-09-08, opened 2026-10-14), the 45-hour sales associate post-license course, 14-hour continuing education, broker coursework, MLS access, and Realtor association dues are separate. Casa does not sell those state or association fees inside the $199 checkout. You can complete the 63-hour requirement with any DBPR-approved school; this page stays useful if you never buy Casa.

School final vs the Florida state exam

Florida schools commonly use a 70% pass bar on the school final. The Florida state exam is given by Pearson VUE: 100 scored questions, about 3.5 hours, 75 correct to pass. Passing the school final earns your pre-license certificate; it is not a Florida license. Do not mix the school final with the state exam.
