Direct answer
The Florida 63-hour pre-license course is the Commission-approved education sales associate applicants must finish before they sit the Pearson VUE state exam. Casa English course 0032664 and Spanish course 0032665 are two separate 63-hour paths with self-paced lessons, practice, a tutor, and flashcards; they are not the state exam and not post-license.
What the 63 hours are for
Florida requires a Commission-approved 63-hour sales associate pre-license course before you can sit the state licensing exam. The course covers Florida real estate principles, practices, and law. When you finish the coursework and pass your school's end-of-course final, the school issues a completion certificate. That certificate is valid for two years and must be shown at every Pearson VUE sitting. The pre-license course is education only. It does not issue a Florida license by itself.
A normal study day at Casa Academy
A typical session looks like this: watch the lesson video, review the slides, take the chapter quiz, practice the questions you missed, and ask the ChatGPT tutor inside that lesson when a concept does not stick. Optional Spotify audio covers the same lessons when you cannot sit at a screen. Access lasts until you finish the course. There is no fixed 6-month or 12-month clock on the included materials. Self-paced means you can finish in a few focused weeks or spread the work across longer study blocks.
English and Spanish are two full courses
Casa Academy offers the 63-hour path as two separate courses: English course number 0032664 and Spanish course number 0032665 (school license ZH1003169, provider 0010716). Lessons, the school final, practice exams, and flashcards stay in the language you enroll in. Changing the website language does not translate a course you already bought. The tutor can talk in many languages. The course itself is English or Spanish, not every language.
Not the state exam and not post-license
The school final and the Florida state exam are different tests. Florida schools commonly use a 70% pass bar on the school final. The state exam is given by Pearson VUE: 100 scored questions, about 3.5 hours, 75 correct to pass. Passing the school final earns your pre-license certificate; it is not a Florida license. After you are licensed, Florida also requires a separate 45-hour post-license course before your first renewal. That post-license work is not part of the 63-hour pre-license course.
