What is the best online Florida real estate school?
By Casa Academy · Published · Updated
Which online Florida real estate school should I pick?
Use a method: the best school for a given student is the one that includes the 63-hour course, exam practice, and a tutor, with a price and an access window you checked that day. A course-only sticker can look cheaper and still cost more once practice and tutoring are added.

How to judge a Florida school
Start with DBPR approval for the 63-hour sales associate course. Then compare what sits in the same checkout: practice questions, a timed full exam, tutoring, language options, access length, and refund terms. Confirm the public tuition on the school enroll page the day you decide. A low course-only sticker is not the full cost if practice and tutoring sell separately.
Casa Academy package (checked 2026-10-14)
Public tuition is $199 for the current cohort (then $249 after it fills). One payment. English and Spanish are the same price. Klarna is offered at checkout. The $199 checkout includes the 63-hour DBPR-approved course, access until you finish, 650+ practice questions, a timed full exam weighted to Florida chapter weights, a ChatGPT tutor in every lesson, and SM-2 flashcards. English and Spanish are two full courses, not a subtitle switch. The tutor can talk in many languages. School license ZH1003169, provider 0010716, English course 0032664, Spanish course 0032665.
What tuition does not include
DBPR RE 1 application ($62.75), fingerprints, Pearson VUE exam fee ($36.75), post-license, continuing education, broker coursework, MLS dues, and Realtor association dues are separate. Casa does not sell those state or association fees inside the $199 checkout.
School final vs the Florida state exam
Casa's end-of-course school final uses a 70% pass bar. The Florida state exam is given by Pearson VUE: 100 scored questions, about 3.5 hours, 75 correct to pass. Do not mix those two scores.
