Clear video lessons, helpful slides, and optional podcast-style audio for review. At your desk or on your phone.

Your included ChatGPT-powered tutor explains the lesson you’re studying, in English or Spanish, by voice or text.

Choosing a school is personal.
We’re here to help you decide.
Yes. Casa Academy is a DBPR-approved Florida online real estate school, license ZH1003169. Our 63-hour pre-licensing course satisfies Florida’s education requirement for sales associate applicants. You can verify our school license using the DBPR link on this page.
We are an online-first school. Your $199 tuition includes the 63-hour course, exam prep, and ChatGPT-powered tutoring together, without a separate exam-prep upgrade. Application, fingerprinting, and state-exam fees are paid separately to the relevant providers.
Yes. The course is online and self-paced, with no fixed class times. Study on your phone, tablet, or computer and pick up where you left off. Complete the required coursework and course final exam in your Casa dashboard; optional audio is available for review.
Yes. We offer a Spanish-language 63-hour pre-licensing course with the same approved curriculum and included exam prep. Choose “Español” to visit our Spanish school page and enroll in the Spanish course.
You do not need a Social Security number to enroll in or complete the course. When you apply for a Florida sales associate license, DBPR requires a U.S. Social Security number, age 18 or older, and a high school diploma or equivalent, along with its other licensing requirements.

You must be at least 18 years old, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and have a U.S. Social Security number. Then complete the DBPR-approved 63-hour pre-licensing course, submit the sales associate application with electronic fingerprints, and pass the Florida state exam administered by Pearson VUE with a score of 75 or higher. Once licensed, you activate the license under a sponsoring broker.

Most students finish in three to six weeks studying part time. Florida requires 63 hours of course engagement before you can take the course final exam, and those hours are tracked in your dashboard. Studying about 10 hours a week, you finish in roughly six weeks; 20 hours a week gets you there in about three.

The Florida sales associate state exam has 100 multiple-choice questions and a 3.5-hour time limit. You need 75 correct answers (75 percent) to pass. Pearson VUE administers the exam at testing centers across Florida and through approved remote proctoring, and you must present your course completion certificate to sit for it.
If you do not pass the course final exam, Florida rules allow one retake with a different exam version after waiting at least 30 days. If you do not pass the state exam, you can schedule another attempt with Pearson VUE and pay the exam fee again; there is no limit on state-exam attempts while your course certificate is valid. Our exam prep and tutor stay available while you prepare to retake.
It is included. Your tuition covers a Florida-specific question bank, timed practice exams built to mirror the 100-question state exam, chapter-weighted drills, flashcards, and a ChatGPT-powered tutor that explains the questions you miss. Many Florida schools sell these tools as a separate package; here they are part of the course.
The tutor is grounded in the actual course material, so it answers with the Florida rules and chapter content you are studying rather than general internet knowledge. You can ask it to explain a concept, walk through a practice question you missed, or quiz you on a chapter. It is available on every lesson and inside exam prep, by voice or text, in English and Spanish.
Yes. The course works in any modern browser on your phone, tablet, or computer, and your progress syncs across devices. Lessons include video, slides, and optional audio, so you can review on a commute and pick up on a laptop later.
Every DBPR-approved school teaches the same 63-hour Florida curriculum, so the differences are price, format, and support. Casa Academy is online-only and includes exam prep and a ChatGPT-powered tutor in the $199 tuition. Many established schools charge more for the base course and sell exam prep separately, and some require scheduled class times. Compare total cost, including any exam-prep add-on, before you enroll.
You get the ChatGPT-powered tutor on every lesson, email support from our admissions team, and access to a licensed Florida instructor for course questions. Instructor contact information is listed in the footer of this page, as required by Florida rule 61J2-3.008.
Your license is issued in inactive status. To start working, a Florida-licensed broker must activate it by adding you to their brokerage in the DBPR system. Within your first renewal period, you also complete a 45-hour post-licensing course. Casa Academy offers that course too, so you can stay with the same school through your first renewal.
