The Course I page at floridarealestateschool.com showed three online packages and a banner that said save 40% through Sunday, no code needed. After the older commented prices in the page source, the live stickers were Basic $339.99 now $199.99, Value $485.99 now $289.99, and Unlimited $649.99 now $389.99.

The page says all three tiers include a fully narrated online course, live instructor support 24x7, two attempts at the end-of-course exam, and 6 months of access on the base package. Value and Unlimited add 7 practice exams for the state test, a math ebook, digital flashcards, and 12 months of access. Unlimited adds unlimited end-of-course exam attempts. Quote the list and the Sunday sale separately. When Sunday ends, the $199.99 sticker can disappear.

Casa at $199, without a Sunday clock

Casa's English and Spanish enroll pages showed $199 for the current cohort on the same day, then $249 after that cohort fills. That price is not a weekend code. It includes the 63-hour course, access until you finish, 650+ practice questions, a timed exam weighted to Florida chapter weights, a ChatGPT tutor in every lesson, SM-2 flashcards, and English or Spanish as two full courses: 0032664 and 0032665 under ZH1003169. The tutor can talk in many languages. The course itself is English or Spanish only, not every language. Seven-day refund via support@onlinerealestateschool.com.

Against Basic's sale price of $199.99, Casa's $199 is one cent lower on the public label. Do not treat one cent as the decision. Against Value's sale price of $289.99, Casa's $199 is about ninety dollars less. Against Unlimited's sale price of $389.99, the gap is about one hundred ninety dollars. Against Basic's list price of $339.99, the gap is about one hundred forty dollars. Recompute when the Sunday sale ends. Value is the fair compare, because that tier is where Florida Real Estate School adds the extra practice exams and the longer access.

Lower stickers that are still approved-course paths

Florida Institute of Real Estate Education's enroll page listed Individual 63-HR Course ONLY at $99.00 on 20 October 2026. The same HTML also contained $149.00, so read the button you are about to press. That $99.00 course is a pre-license course, not Casa, and not ZH1003169. Casa at $199 costs more than that Individual sticker. The reason to pay more is the tutor, the Spanish course number, the chapter-weighted exam, and access until you finish. The reason to pay $99.00 is the lower course price. Both can be approved paths.

RealEstateU's Florida license page said you can get the Florida course for $69 and labeled License Essentials as the state-approved pre-license plan, with a 30-day risk-free line on that page. Read the 30-day terms before you rely on them. Casa at $199 costs more than $69. Put that in the open. Higher RealEstateU tiers exist on the same page. This review only confirms the $69 Essentials line.

Every alternative still leaves the same state bill

RE 1 is $62.75. Fingerprints vary by Livescan provider. Pearson is $36.75. The 45-hour post-license course and 14-hour CE come later. MLS and Realtor dues are not tuition. Florida Real Estate School does not pay those. Casa does not pay those. Florida Institute does not pay those. RealEstateU does not pay those. A cheaper course can still be the right course. It does not shrink the state fees.

Do not buy a pass rate

Florida Real Estate School's page markets course-exam success and passing the first time. Treat that as their marketing, not a Florida fact. Pearson still wants 75 correct out of 100 scored questions, in about 3.5 hours. Schools commonly use 70% on the school final. Passing the school final gets the certificate. It does not issue the license.

Casa does not write the state exam. No affordable alternative on this page writes it either.

How to pick an affordable alternative

Write four numbers before you pay: the price today, the price when the sale ends, the access window, and whether English and Spanish are two course numbers or a language menu. Then add $62.75 and $36.75 so the tuition is not the whole budget.

Choose Florida Real Estate School Basic if you want their narrated course and the Sunday sale is still on the page. Choose their Value tier if you want the extra practice exams and 12 months. Choose Florida Institute or RealEstateU if the lower sticker is the whole decision and you have read what is missing. Choose Casa if you want one price, a tutor in every lesson, a full Spanish course, and no weekend code. You can also choose a school that is not on this list. The license path does not require Casa.
