Yes. Casa Academy is a Florida DBPR-approved online real estate school operated by Realty Labs Ventures LLC, school license ZH1003169, and you can open the same DBPR license record the homepage uses to verify it. The school sells the 63-hour pre-license as English 0032664 and Spanish 0032665 at $199 for the current cohort, and that tuition does not include RE 1 at $62.75, fingerprints, or Pearson at $36.75.
Legit here means a real legal entity and a current Florida school license you can open yourself. It does not mean Casa issues the state license, writes the Pearson exam, or fits every learner. A third-party review can describe the school. The DBPR record is the check.

Who the school is on paper
Casa Academy is the public brand of Realty Labs Ventures LLC, also written Realty Labs Ventures LLC d/b/a Casa Academy. Casa Academy is not a brokerage, not a regulator, and not a K-12, language, or charter school. It does not decide DBPR applications and it does not seat the Pearson exam. Official fees, fingerprints, and exam rules come from DBPR and Pearson VUE.
What Florida has approved
The 63-hour sales associate pre-license exists as two full courses: English 0032664 and Spanish 0032665. The school also lists a 45-hour post-license course 0032663 and a 14-hour CE course 0032797. Those later courses are separate products. The $199 pre-license checkout is not post-license and not CE.
The Spanish path is its own course, not a subtitle pack. The tutor can talk in many languages. The course itself is English or Spanish only, not every language. You can open Chapter 1 in English or Spanish with no account before you pay.
What $199 includes, and what it never includes
On 21 October 2026 the English and Spanish enroll pages showed $199 for the current cohort, then $249 after that cohort fills. One payment. That checkout includes the 63-hour course, access until you finish, more than 650 practice questions, a timed exam weighted to Florida chapter weights, SM-2 flashcards, and a ChatGPT tutor in every lesson. The published refund window is 7 days, requested at support@onlinerealestateschool.com.
RE 1 is $62.75. Fingerprints vary by Livescan provider. Pearson is $36.75. The sitting is 100 scored questions, about 3.5 hours, and 75 correct to pass. Schools commonly use 70% on the school final. Passing 70% at school is not 75 correct at Pearson, and it is not a Florida license. MLS access and Realtor dues are not tuition.
What a review can prove, and what it cannot
Trevor Fenner's 2026 Ecommerce Paradise article "Is Casa Academy Legit?" also answers yes, then tells readers to check Florida records themselves instead of taking the review as the last word. That page is a third-party writeup. It is not the DBPR file. Use the license link above for the state record, and use the live enroll pages for the current $199 sticker.
A review can go stale on price, packages, or competitor ladders. Casa does not write Trevor's copy and does not treat any review as a pass-rate claim. Casa does not write the Florida exam.
Legit and the right fit are different questions
Casa is 100% online. There is no classroom seat. Live human instruction is lighter than a school that sells livestream or in-person cohorts. If you only finish work when a person is in the room, pick a classroom school. If you want a self-paced 63-hour course with a tutor in every lesson and a full Spanish course number, Casa can be the fit.
You can finish the 63-hour requirement at any approved school. This page stays useful if you never buy Casa. Open the DBPR record, read the exclude list, try Chapter 1, then decide.
