Course 0032665
Florida real estate course in Spanish
A Florida real estate course in Spanish is a DBPR-approved 63-hour sales associate pre-license course with its own Spanish videos, slides, quizzes, school final, practice, and flashcards, not a language toggle on an English course. Casa Academy publishes that path as course 0032665 at the same $199 as English 0032664, the tutor can talk in many languages, and the course itself is English or Spanish only, not every language.
Ask for the Spanish course number before you pay. Changing the website language does not translate a course you already bought. The state path stays the same: approved course, RE 1, fingerprints, Pearson, then post-license later. You can use this page without buying Casa.
Ask for the course number, not a language switch
Most first-time Florida sales associate applicants need a DBPR-approved 63-hour pre-license course. At Casa that requirement exists as two full courses under school license ZH1003169 and provider 0010716: English 0032664 and Spanish 0032665.
A real Spanish course has its own videos, slides, quizzes, school final, practice questions, and flashcards. If a school only shows a globe icon and no Spanish course number, ask before you pay. If the sample lesson is English with auto captions, that is not course 0032665.
Same public price on 21 October 2026
The English and Spanish enroll pages both showed $199 for the current cohort. After that cohort fills, the published next price is $249. One payment. Klarna is offered at checkout. English and Spanish cost the same.
Those $199 include the 63-hour course, access until you finish, more than 650 practice questions, a timed exam weighted to Florida chapter weights, SM-2 flashcards, and a ChatGPT tutor in every lesson. The 7-day refund is requested at support@onlinerealestateschool.com.
You can open Spanish Chapter 1 at /try-chapter-one/es/1 with no account and no payment. If the video and the quiz are in Spanish, 0032665 is real for you. If you only see English with a translated menu, it is not this course.
The state path does not translate
RE 1 lists $62.75. Livescan fingerprint prices vary by provider. Pearson VUE charges $36.75 for the sales associate exam. The sitting is 100 scored questions, about 3.5 hours, and 75 correct to pass. Those three bills sit outside the $199.
Schools commonly use 70% on the school final. That 70% is not Pearson. Passing the school final gets the course certificate. The license comes after RE 1, fingerprints, and Pearson, and it stays inactive until a qualifying broker sponsors you.
After the license, Spanish is a different product
Course 0032665 does not include the 45-hour post-license course or the later 14-hour CE package. The first sales associate renewal needs at least 45 classroom hours of post-license. If that course is missing by the deadline, DBPR says the license becomes null and void.
Other schools publish Spanish post-license as a separate course. Mato, opened 20 October 2026, listed online post-license 0031729 in Spanish and 0031730 in English at $169. That number is not 0032665. Do not mix pre-license with post-license just because both say Spanish.
How to choose a Spanish Florida course
Use this list. First, the DBPR course number for the 63 hours in Spanish. Second, a sample class in Spanish, not an auto subtitle. Third, the same price or the real gap written on the page, not a pass-rate ad. Fourth, what stays outside: RE 1, fingerprints, Pearson, post-license, CE, MLS, and Realtor dues.
Casa does not write the Florida exam. No school writes it. A multilingual tutor does not turn the course into every language. The course itself is English or Spanish only, not every language. If you need the 63 hours in a language that is not English or Spanish, this school is not that option.
This page still works if you never buy Casa
Any DBPR-approved school can deliver the 63 hours in the language it actually offers. The 0032665 number, the $199 sticker, the 70% school final, and the 75 correct Pearson line are comparison facts, not a purchase requirement. If another school shows a Spanish course number and a Spanish sample lesson, use the same list.

Frequently asked questions
- Is there a Florida real estate course in Spanish?
- Yes. Casa publishes course 0032665 as a full 63-hour Spanish path, separate from English 0032664, at the same $199. Confirm the number on the enroll page before you pay.
- Is the Spanish course just the English course with subtitles?
- No. It has its own videos, slides, quizzes, school final, and practice. Changing the website language does not translate a course you already bought.
- Does the tutor replace the Spanish course?
- No. The tutor can talk in many languages. The 63-hour course is English or Spanish only, not every language.
- If I take the course in Spanish, is the Florida exam in Spanish?
- The course and the state exam are different products. Pearson wants 75 correct out of 100. Do not treat a 70% school final as the Pearson sitting. Confirm the exam language on the current Pearson bulletin before you book.
- Do the $199 include the license?
- No. They include the 63-hour course and Casa practice. RE 1, fingerprints, Pearson, 45-hour post-license, 14-hour CE, MLS, and Realtor dues stay outside.
