You do not need a Social Security number to enroll in or complete Casa Academy's Florida-approved 63-hour pre-licensing course. When you apply for a Florida real estate sales associate license, DBPR requires you to be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and provide a U.S. Social Security number. You do not have to be a U.S. citizen or a Florida resident. You must also meet DBPR character requirements, submit fingerprints for a background check, complete the course unless exempt, and pass the state exam.
