Utah Real Estate Practice Exam

Utah salesperson candidates take a general (national) portion and a Utah state-law portion during one computer-based appointment administered by Pearson VUE. Official handbooks list 80 scored national items plus about 5 pretest items, and 50 scored Utah items plus about 5 to 10 pretest items. The appointment lasts 4 hours (240 minutes) for both portions together. Each portion uses a scaled score from 0 to 100, and you need a scaled 70 on each portion independently. Results display when you finish. If you pass one portion and fail the other, you may retake only the failed portion within 6 months of the first attempt.
