• Real estate practice and trust fund handling (about 10 items): scope of practice and fees, advertising rules, and trust account statutes.
• Agency relationships and the Notice of Agency form (about 10 items): types of agency relationships and disclosure duties under West Virginia law.
• West Virginia fair housing (about 10 items): state-specific protected classes, enforcement procedures, and prohibited conduct beyond federal baseline rules.
