Vermont Real Estate Practice Exam

PSI delivers only the national portion for Vermont salesperson candidates. The exam includes 100 scored multiple-choice questions worth 100 points total, with 150 minutes to complete the appointment. You need a score of at least 70 to pass. PSI may include 5 to 10 experimental questions that do not affect your score, but they still count against your time. Your result appears on screen at the end of the session, and PSI provides a score report at the test center. If you fail, the practice test report shows strengths and weaknesses by content area so you can retarget study before scheduling again. You cannot book a new appointment on the same day you test; if you fail on a Wednesday, you can typically retest as soon as Friday depending on seat availability.

Since February 27, 2021, Vermont no longer administers the state real estate exam through an outside testing vendor.
