Georgia Real Estate Practice Exam

Georgia salesperson candidates take one PSI appointment with national and Georgia supplement questions intermixed in random order. The sitting includes 152 scored multiple-choice items: 100 national questions and 52 Georgia state questions. PSI may add one to ten unscored experimental questions that still consume exam time. • Complete Georgia's 25-hour salesperson post-license course within your first year of licensure to keep an active license. Apply for the license within 12 months of passing or you must retake the examination.

Under BRRETA, a dual agent is a broker with client relationships on both sides of the same transaction only with written informed consent (O.C.G.A. § 10-6A-12); designated agents appointed for each client are not dual agents (O.C.G.A. §§ 10-6A-3 and 10-6A-13). A broker may keep a reasonable amount of the broker's own funds in a designated trust account when clearly identified, including enough to cover bank service charges, and must reconcile trust liability at least monthly (Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 520-1-.08). The Real Estate Education, Research, and Recovery Fund is not obligated for more than $25,000 per transaction, and no person may obtain more than $25,000 from the fund in total (O.C.G.A. § 43-40-22).
